Registration is now CLOSED!  We are not accepting any more teams!  All Divisions are full and final.  Pools are now available.  Please check the pool schedule to see when you play and officiate.  There are 3 different pools, 5 team, 6 team, & 7 team pools.  Make sure you know which one you are in. 

Registration fees are for teams with 7 players.  If your team will have more than 7 players, an additional $50 per player above the 7 limit must be paid at the time of registration.  Please send your funds in the form of either a cashiers check or money order.  Thank You! 

Cancellation Policy:  If your teams cancels after payment has been sent in, a $50.00 cancellation fee will be assessed and the remaining amount refunded to the team captain.

Rosters:  NAGVA has restored the roster and team registration function.  Please update your team roster through NAGVA.  To do so, log in under your personal NAGVA number and password.  Click on View/ Modify Team League Info.  Your team number should appear on this screen.  If not, contact Rick Talley with the following information, Team Name, when you paid for the name, how you paid for the name, and what tournaments that you have played at under that team name.

 If you have not registered your team name and need to pay for it, click on Register a team name.  Enter the your city or geographical identity where you see City in black.  Then type in your team's name minus the city where you see Name in black.  Confirm that the name is correct.  Then click on the Confirm and Proceed to Online Payment.  Follow the instructions from there.  

If your team number is visible and you haven't registered for our tournament, write down your team number.  Then click on Tournament Registration.  New Orleans should be the tournament that shows at the top.  If not, find New Orleans from the pull down box.  Type your team number in the purple box for team number.  Select the appropriate division from the drop down box.  Finally, click on Validate Team #.  Then click on Register Displayed Team.  Then click on Click to Acknowledge.  After you have done this, you will receive an e-mail from NAGVA stating that you have registered for the Mardi Gras Classic.  After you receive this e-mail, you can update your Roster. 

To update your roster, click on Maintain Rosters.  You will be asked which roster to maintain in a drop down box.  Please select your most recent registered team for the New Orleans Tournament.  Then click on Maintain Roster.  Your name will already appear.  Enter the NAGVA number of each of your players one at a time.  If you do not know your players NAGVA number, click on the open NAGVA Ratings Info.  Follow the instructions on the Player Look up screen.  When entering the NAGVA numbers of your players, tab to the next open number slot to enter the next player's NAGVA number.  When you have finished entering all of the NAGVA numbers, click on  Update Team Information.  This will send you updated roster to us for registration.  Thank you for your help in doing this.

Payments should be made out to Volleyball New Orleans in the form of either a Cashiers Check or Money Order.  If personal checks are received, teams will be placed on a waiting list until the check clears.

Reffing Clinic @ Marriott Convention Center, 8 pm -10 pm.  Teams without a certified official will have to pay $25 per match to the official that refs their matches during pool play and during elimination play.

Scorekeeping Clinic @ Marriott Convention Center: 8 pm -10pm.   Teams without a certified scorekeeper will have to pay $20 per match to those officials that perform this function on both days.

BB:  New Orleans Riverside Hilton Athletic Club

The AA division has been cancelled due to a lack of interest.  In order for us to host this division, we needed 3 confirmed and paid teams by December 15th.  We did not have this.  Therefore, the division was cancelled and the court given to the BB division.

Seeding Announcements will take place at The Parade Disco/ Bourbon Pub.  Announcements will be made around 8 PM in the upstairs bar.
